WELSH international midfielder Rob Edwards has signed a three year contract with North End after an impressive trial with the Deepdale outfit.
Edwards - who left Bristol City last season - has decided his future lies at Preston since joining them pre-season.
He could make his league debut at home to Wigan this weekend after recovering from a back injury.
Said Edwards: "I believe we have a team good enough to win promotion."
Manager David Moyes said: "I am very pleased to sign a player of his experience."
