It has changed its name to The Women's Centre Preston and District, and is also under new management.
Ruth Lambert, previously deputy chief executive of Blackpool Wyre and Fylde Council for Voluntary Service, took on the role of centre manager this summer.
She said: "I am amazed at the quality and diversity of service the Women's Centre has to offer the women in the area."
The centre has expanded, to incorporate an additional aromatherapist and two reflexologists.
And Debra McCallion has also been taken on as volunteer training co-ordinator - a post funded by the National Lottery Charities Board.
The centre, based at 18-20 New Hall Lane, has extended its opening hours to 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am-1pm on Saturday. Or call 702397.
