LANCASTER City Council adds its backing to the NSPCC's fight for child safety. Councillor Joyce Taylor and David Owen, chief leisure officer are pictured holding a copy of the charity's "Full Stop" campaign brochure.
The campaign is aimed at ensuring that children have safe areas to play and enjoyable activities during holidays. Lancaster's summer playscheme has been cited by the charity as an example of good practice.
