A CARNFORTH man has landed a top job with Lancashire's probation service.
Dad of two Colin became the service's deputy chief probation officer on Wednesday, and he now hopes to start tackling crime.
Colin, who graduated from Keele University, takes up the position after a spell with the Cumbrian probation service. He said "This is a great opportunity to return to the Lancashire Service. It is one which performs above the national average in many aspects of its work."
