A RIBBLE Valley man has been charged with murder after the body of a Lancashire man was found at a farm in Kent.
Keith Walmsley, 38, a farm worker, of Longridge, is charged with murdering Peter Metcalfe, 43, who is also a farm labourer from Lancashire.
A Kent Police spokeswoman said the two men had been working in Kent as hop-pickers before Mr Metcalfe's death.
Mr Metcalfe was found dead on Saturday at Castlemaine Farm near Tunbridge Wells.
A post-mortem examination has been carried out but police have not revealed the results.
Officers have refused to say where in Lancashire the dead man comes from until all relatives have been informed.
