TWO East Lancashire firms are doing battle for a top industry award.
Potterton Myson, based in Burnley, is in the finals of the Manufacturing Industry Achievement Award for its work in developing a new information technology system. And Cobble Blackburn has also been short-listed in the same category. The award winners will be announced on September 21.
