ROSSENDALE Players are going through a busy period with work continuing on their new theatre in Waterfoot, rehearsals under way for the autumn production and casting taking place for the November show.
Work on the building in Burnley Road East is in the final stages with members helping out with painting and tiling.
The September play, in rehearsal under the direction of Carole Solazzo, is Terence Rattigan's drama The Winslow Boy, which will be staged at Bacup Leisure Hall from September 22-25.
A read through and casting night for the seventh annual dinner-theatre production of Cash on Delivery, a farce by Michael Cooney, will be held on Thursday.
The farce will be staged at Bacup Leisure Hall from November 23-27.
