MAKE it a better world.

Firstly, I would open a Park and Ride at the Capitol Centre;

Secondly, I would ban mini-roundabouts and speed cameras;

Next open up that dreadful maze of one-way streets in Deepdale;

And introduce special joggers lanes then you don't nearly run them over on dark nights;

Ban GM food for once and for all;

Ban all cigarettes, and force the fag firms to give their money away to the sick, especially those who have suffered from cancer, emphysema, etc, and a little to the RPH where the waiting times are dire, I don't care what the statistics say;

Also ban all those meaningless reports, such as waiting times statistics, crime figures clear-up rates, etc;

Give all receptionists eight weeks holiday a year;

Ban line dancing;

Finally, bring back hanging!
