TINY tearaway arsonists were terrorising a housing estate.
A group of children as young as eight and nine were targeting the Roman Road estate, but the mini vandals were too young to prosecute.
The children were setting fires in outhouses, but a senior fire officer warned the fires could kill someone. Youngsters in the same area were plaguing the nearby railway lines.
