A FIRE caused severe structural damage at a house in Cross Lane, Newton-le-Willows, over the weekend.
It started in the kitchen at about 1.40am on Sunday, September 5 and the force of the heat blew out the windows and caused severe heat and smoke damage inside the property. Fortunately, no one was injured.
