A man accused of murdering his brother-in-law has been committed to crown court for trial.
Mohammed Meherban, 25, of Higher Antley Street, Accrington, made no bail application at a hearing at Hyndburn Magistrates' Court.
Meherban is alleged to have murdered father-of-three Mohammed Azam, 36, at a house in Higher Antley Street, on July 5. He was remanded in custody to appear before Preston Crown Court at a date to be fixed.
