MEMBERS of Worcestershire's Classic Car Society travelled to East Lancashire in style for their annual charity antiques hunt.

The group set up a base at Northcote Manor, Blackburn, before visiting Holden Wood Antiques in Grane Road, Haslingden, to pick up a host of bargains to auction off to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy.

Partner of Holden Wood Peter Crossley, donated a Clarice Cliff ceramic to their haul.

Peter said: "The society pick East Lancashire because it is such a wonderful place to visit. They snapped up plenty of antiques here, as well as the Clarice Cliff piece, to auction to the highest bidder."
