COLNE United continued their excellent start to the season with a fine 6-2 away win over Oswaldtwistle. Mick Hollis scoring a hat trick, and they remain unbeaten after four games.
Last season's Division Two champions Chatburn, also scored six goals, away at Kelbrook. After going a goal behind Chatburn ran out convincing winners with prolific goalscorer Geoff Young finding the net four times.
After a promising third spot last season, Hurst Green are finding the going really tough and lost their third consecutive game, going down 3-0 at Stacksteads.
