A YEAR ago, baby James Anthony Toner was battling for his tiny life in a Glasgow hospital. Now, the bonny bouncing boy, who was born 14 weeks premature, weighing just 1lb 14oz, was celebrating his first birthday.
Family and friends gathered at the Crosby Close home of his parents, Anthony and Patricia Toner, in Darwen, to wish the youngster many happy returns.
