WITH regard to the sad letter penned by Mrs and Mrs Roberts of Skerton and as a rapidly approaching 70-year-old, I should like to tell them what I shall do with my few millions when it's my turn to win the lottery.
First of all, I shall delight in helping my children with their mortgages with a percentage going to my friends, then after buying a new car, I shall go on as many cruises as possible - does that answer your question?
You would do well to remembers that a good proportion of the jackpot is contributed by us "glad to be alive" old 'uns and it is to be hoped that in your own advancing years you will learn to look upon your elders with a little more understanding and tolerance.
