NINE youngsters (pictured) from Tyldesley SC took part in the National Age Group Championships in Coventry.
And Khalid Jhugroo, competing in the 14-Year bracket, was the team's most successful swimmer as he collected a bronze in the 1500 freestyle - slashing 19 seconds from his PB.
Further PBs saw Khalid finish fifth in the 400 freestyle, sixth in the 400 IM and seventh in the 200 breaststroke.
Kelly Banner, also at 14-Year and in her first National Age Groups, was sixth in the 200 IM after hitting PBs in the heat and final.
Kate Ward was eighth in the 15-Year 200 freestyle, but Leanne Watmough missed out on a final place as she finished second reserve in the 15-Year 200 breaststroke.
Also taking part: Stuart Carlisle, Jenny Coughlin, Maria Hampson, Matthew Hampson and Jessica Howarth.
