COLIN Todd's foreign legion is suffering mixed blessings ahead of Bolton's clash with Barnsley at the Reebok Stadium.

With hot-shot hit-man Eidur Gudjohnsen winning the injury race to start up front, midfield Claus Jensen is still rated doubtful. Gudjohnsen, who took a knock at Gillingham on Tuesday, has returned to training and is tipped to make a swift return to the starting 11 after being dropped to the subs bench last week. But Jensen is till touch and go, having had several scans on his hamstring complaint.

Bob Taylor will probably stay as partner to Gudjohnsen leaving Dean Holdsworth and Bo Hansen on the bench. In goal, Todd has a headache following Steve Banks' magnificent midweek display, but he is more likely to stick with Keith Branagan.

The squad is: Banks, Cox, Whitlow, Frandsen, Todd, Bergsson, Johansen, Elliott, Gudjohnsen, Taylor, Gardner, Phillips, Warhurst, Branagan, Holdsworth, Hansen, Jensen, Aljofree, Strong, Jaaskelainen.
