St Andrew's had a 14-0 home victory over Nelson, Peter Harrison winning 21-7. Darwen Subs remain in fourth position following their 10-4 away win at Rishton Con. Barry Gosling won 21-13, Harry Miles won 21-6 for Con.

Sunnybank remain in fifth place despite losing 8-6 at Turton, John Mason won 21-2 for Turton with Peter Connolly winning 21-12 for the visitors. East Lancs remain in sixth spot after their 12-2 home win over Greenhill, Paul Sutcliffe winning 21-4, Tony Burns won 21-11 for Greenhill.

Globe had an 8-6 home win over St Stephens, David Bond winning 21-7, David Howarth won 21-7 for St Stephen's. Mortfield had a 14-0 home win over Carington Con, Jason Lomax winning 21-6.
