TWO Rovers players have made into the top 10 rankings for their position based on average Opta Index Scores since the start of the season.

Opta, the official statitician of the Nationwide League, have ranked John Filan ninth among the First Division's goalkeepers based on his performances so far this season.

And Christian Dailly is rated as the fifth best defender.

The Rovers Return £800 prize at the Tranmere game has yet to be claimed. The winning number was 005561 and it can be claimed from the customer services desk in the RoverStore. Winning number for the autographed ball was 011611, held by Mark Townsend (Burnley).

TICKETS for the game against Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road on Saturday, October 2 (3pm) went on open sale this week.

They are priced £16 adults, £8 juniors and senior citizens.

Rovers strongly advise fans intending to go to the game to buy their seats in advanace as they cannot guarantee tickets will be available from QPR on the day of the match.

Visitors' seating at Loftus Road is in the School End lower tier, behind one of the goals.

WITH two successive home games coming up, the ticket office could be busy and season-ticket holders are reminded that the special prices for the Worthington Cup second leg tie against Portsmouth on Wednesday (7.45pm) are only available until close of business on Tuesday.

Season-ticket holders can buy tickets for £10 adults, £6 young adults and senior citizens and just £2 juniors.

Non season-tcikety holders can buy seats for £12 adults, £10 senior citizens and £5 juniors and these prices will apply to everyone on matchday.

Seats for the home game against Walsalll next Saturday (3pm) are available from £15-20 adults, £10 senior citizens and £8 juniors where applicable.

SEATS for the re-arranged League game at Swindon on Tuesday, September 28 ((7.45pm) went on open sale this week. They are priced £18 adults, £11 senior citizens, £11 students on production of a valid NUS card and £2 juniors.

Fans should note that the special juniors price is only applicable when purchased with an adult ticket. Should a junior ticket be bought alone then the full concession price of £11 will be charged.

Visitors' seating at the County Ground is in the Arkell'sStand upper tier. This is along the side of the pitch.
