THE roar of early morning motor rallies was shattering the peace of Ribble Valley villagers.
An early morning rally disturbed the peace while travelling through Gisburn Forest and the Bolton-by-Bowland area at around 2am.
Farmers said their livestock was at risk from cars being driven at excessive speeds, and walls and gates were being demolished.
