REGARDING the comments of M Robinson (Letters, September 14) about cleanliness of the confectionery stall on Blackburn's six-day market, my partner is the new tenant of this stall and we agree about the state it was left in by the previous tenant.
But we are pleased to say that, after many hours of hard work, the stall is now in an exemplary state and we are now open for business selling confectionery, fruit, nuts, biscuits etc, all of which are kept in hygienic sealed units, hopefully eliminating any future rodent problems.
So, come along, customers old and new - support your local market.
