MUSICIANS from the Northern Thunder Drum and Bugle Corps are urging Burnley Football Club to victory over the next few weeks in hopes of mirroring their success.
When Burnley went top of the league, the Burnley-based corps won their competition, then when Burnley dropped to second they came second in their competition and when Burnley went a point clear at the top of the league, the corps won again.
They recently added the North Midlands Contest Class Championship to their North of England crown and expect Burnley manager Stan Ternent to keep up the good work until their finals on October 24.
The corps will compete at the Black Country Championships this weekend.
