LEIGH EAST U10s beat Portico & Grange 26-24 with props Phil Taylor (MoM) and Daniel Weaving giving them the edge. Tries for Andrew Keating 2, Weaving 2 and Adam McGuire. Most improved player was Matthew Thorpe.
East U9s won 34-4 at Bamber Bridge with fine performances from Danny Yarwood, Martin Howard and Matthew Rozman.
