IN reply to narked cyclist in the Citizen, September 16.
Cyclists don't pay a penny to the building and upkeep of roads so they should keep their mouths shut.
They want this, that or the other doing for cyclists but do not want to pay a penny to finance it.
Cyclists over 16 should be made to pay at least £10 a year to fiance all these things they think they have a right to.
So narked cyclist instead of moaning about motorists you should be thanking them for using the roads that they have paid for in road tax and the heavy tax on petrol.
