FEARS for the safety of an Astley woman continue more than a month after her disappearance.
Twenty years-old Jemela Khan (pictured) went missing from Prestwich Hospital where she was undergoing treatment.
She was last seen on August 19 and Police are now urging anyone who knows where she is to contact them as her parents are becoming increasingly concerned for her safety.
Police say she may have been sighted in the Liverpool area and is familiar with Atherton and Bolton where police have been involved in the search.
Jemela is white, slim and 5ft 10ins tall, with shoulder length dark brown hair and blue eyes.
A spokesman said: "We are becoming increasingly worried.
"Her family are anxious to know where she is.
"We would like her to get in touch with us as soon as possible."
Anyone with information as to her whereabouts should call Police at Tyldesley on 0161 856 7329.
