THREE Rugby League legends have helped launch an innovative new Rugby League competition at Blackbrook.
Kel Coslett, Geoff Pimblett and Eddie Cunningham - all Lance Todd Trophy winners - made the draw for the Whitbread Millennium Trophy.
It's a midweek contest, staged under Brook's floodlights and the winners will receive £1,000. Runners-up will take away £500 and semi-finalists £250.
The first round draw is: Blackbrook v West Sutton (October 20), Woolston Rovers v Wigan St Judes (Oct 27), Rochdale Mayfield v Leigh Miners Rangers (November 3), Pilkington Recs v Eccles (Nov 10), Simms Cross v Orrell St James (Nov 17), Thatto Heath v Haydock (Nov 24), Parkside Golborne v Waterhead (December 1), Crosfields v Portico Panthers Dec 8).
