TWO French courses, organised by the Workers' Educational Association, will start on Thursday, September 30 at the Library, Broadway, Eccleston, with tutor Helen Robey.
La Vie Francaise (10.30am to noon) designed for people who have studied French for several years, will help students develop their understanding of French culture. All reading material will be provided
Useful French for Near-Beginners (1.30 to 3pm) will help students to understand spoken and written French as encountered when on holiday. The course book is 'The French Experience Book One (BBC)' and students will need to have a copy by the second meeting.
Anyone who wants to learn French in a friendly atmosphere, without the pressure of exams or tests, is welcome and further details are available from 01704 576149.
