POLICE have issued a computer image of a man who threatened shop staff with a rolling pin and a syringe before escaping with the contents of the till.
The robber demanded cash and then lunged at a terrified female assistant in the The Sweet Shop on Wargrave Road, Wargrave, at 6.15pm on Sunday, September 5.
He is described as white, 5ft 4in to 5ft 5in tall, skinny, early to mid 30s with smart, short, jet black hair combed forward with a fringe and gelled. He had sunken cheeks, teeth missing, a pointed jaw, pale complexion and was clean shaven.
He was wearing small, wrap round sunglasses, a long-length, long-sleeved, mustard-coloured shirt which had been neatly ironed and cream/beige combat trousers with side pockets.
