ONCE again, our wonderful council have got it all wrong. After several telephone calls to the very well-mannered lady in the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Highways Department and similarly very well-mannered assurances that the Darwen Street and Russell Street traffic lights will be put right, nothing has been done - in three weeks.
Why do they not turn them off until they can work out how to allow the traffic to flow or ask taxi drivers like myself, or the bus drivers how to sort it out?
They should ask someone because it seems they have no idea what they are doing.
