I HAVE before me two documents. One is your report about a dog fouling fine involving Cllr Bob Clark, Deputy Chairman of Lancashire County Council. The other is a letter to residents of Castle Ward entitled "Labour's Legacy to Castle Ward." This identifies Cllr Clark as its county councillor. Not knowing the geography of Lancaster too well, I wonder whether the item left behind by the councillor's dog was also a legacy to Castle ward!
