THE Radio Authority is to re-advertise the local radio licence for Morecambe Bay.
The authority has received three other bidders for the licence currently held by The Bay, which this week laid off a number of staff.
The new licence will run for eight years from March 2001 and anyone is welcome to submit an application. The authority is also inviting local people's comments and views on the existing service provided by Bay Radio.
Write to the Radio Authority at Holbrook House, 14 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B.
