THE man at the centre of the VSG Taxi scam which left dozens of local people out of pocket has featured in a trade magazine.
Under the banner headline "Where is Wildbore?" Private Hire Monthly has put out an appeal to discover the whereabouts of Mr Wildbore, whose taxi firm collapsed owing thousands.
It alleges that he collected pre-paid deposits for airport trips knowing he could not honour them.
The sudden demise of VSG left many local people stranded at airports and a number of private individuals are also keen to trace Wildbore, who is described in the article as a "snappy dresser" and "very plausible."
Lancashire Trading Standards are also interested in speaking with Mr Wildbore, who is known to use a number of different names.
