THE match of the day in the Under 13s section-lived up to its billing with Clitheroe Wolves and Great Harwood Rovers sharing the points.
The game ebbed and flowed right up to the final whistle and ended in a 2-2 stalemate.
This coming Sunday, most of the Under 18s teams are involved with the LFA Youth Cup, while the Under 14s representative team entertain the Hyndburn League in the LFA's Inter League competition at Pleckgate.
