Preston went ahead after 10 minutes when Gemma Turner played a lovely through ball for Charlotte Benson to score from a narrow angle and Benson scored her second goal with a drive from just inside the area.
Preston made it three before half time when Michelle Banks scored her first goal of the season with a superb volley from the edge of the area and No 4 four came after the break when Banks played a through-ball for Joanne Ball to round the keeper.
Ball scored her second with the goal of the match, hitting a superb, unstoppable drive from 30 yards.
A through-ball from Carla Green allowed substitute Leyna Tommony to score Preston's sixth and she got the seventh as well.
It was a very steady performance by the Preston defence of Cropper, Taberner, McDonnell and Green and sweeper Clare McDonnell was awarded man of the match.
