MAY I express the sincere thanks of my wife and myself following our visit to the show "Hot Mikado" presented by the members of All Saints (Elton) Amateur Operatic Society on Saturday, Oct 9.
The production was first-class and a tribute to the hard work and dedication of each person involved, not forgetting the crew behind the scenes controlling lighting and sound. It all ensured that the audience was given a show which equalled - if not excelled - any that a professional company would present.
It is gratifying to see a "live" show which is far superior to anything which appears on TV.
Could I now make a plea that more local people attend future productions. Who knows, this could be the start of something big. Remember there is no business like show business!
