TWO new recruits have joined a coachbuilding firm thanks to a training programme.
East Lancs Coachbuilders has taken on Jonathan Heard, 47, and Thomas Griffiths, 49, from Blackburn.
Both men had completed Target Training programmes which are aimed helping get unemployed adults back to work.
"The programme offers some excellent incentives including training and financial assistance and all the participants we have had have always been very capable and enthusiatic," said Bernard Hunt, works manager.
Jonathan and Thomas are working as labourers at the firm after completing their training courses at Training 2000 in Blackburn under the ELTEC programme.
