PLOUGH Inn and Lord Nelson continue to dominate Division One. Both have maximum points from the matches played. This week Plough convincingly beat Stanhill Lions 4-0, and Lord Nelson fared even better with a 8-0 win over Station Hotel, Helmshore.
Oaklea Alexandra track these leaders and are lying a close third. Royal Hotel must also be respected, and now they are out of the Jennings, they can now concentrate on more important matches in the league. At the bottom of the league there is a gathering of clubs. Four clubs have only one win to their credit and just above these, three clubs each have six points.
Cross Axes go back to the top of Division Two. This week they narrowly beat close rivals Brown Cow 2-1
Division Three seems King's Arms setting a hot pace. This week they made it six wins out of six when beating Printers Arms 5-3.
Clubs are asked not to contact Peter Tate on Saturdays with new registrations, transfers etc, as he is not available due to work commitments.
