POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an armed robbery at the Nevins store in Cambridge Road on Sunday, October 17.
Two men, armed with a hammer, burst into the store at about 9.30pm and threatened staff before forcing them to open a safe. The men - one wearing a mask with eyeholes and a blue fleece jacket, the other wearing a baseball cap - escaped with a large quantity of cash.
