AFTER three years working away, I returned to Ewood Park where I have been a supporter for more than 30 years.

I watched the reserve match and was impressed with the skill and organisation evident in the team's play.

I then watched the first team and could not believe the lack of organisation and method on display.

I read the post-match reports in both national and local papers and concluded that Peter White's and Neil Bramwell's observations were spot on.

Everyone agrees the team is good enough because it is the best and most expensive squad outside the Premiership. So what is wrong?

It is blatantly obvious - the manager and first-team coach.

I would urge the board to rectify this situation immediately. Bring in Joe Kinnear, Graeme Souness, or anyone with the skills to organise and motivate these players into a winning team and get us back into the Premiership.
