POLICE today renewed their appeal for details of a robbery at a pub.
The 20-year-old assistant manager of the Oak Tree in Livesey Branch Road, Blackburn, and his girlfriend were threatened by a gang of masked men and locked in a cupboard on Sunday October 17.
Shortly after 11pm, three robbers went into the pub by the back door.
One man was holding a hammer and another grabbed the girl, held her arms behind her back and covered her mouth
The assistant manager took the men to the evening's takings and when he said there was no more money he was punched in the face.
The pair were locked in a cupboard and the thieves escaped £4,000 in cash and a black record-style holdall with the word "SHOCC" in white lettering on the side.
One man was 6ft 1in tall, of medium build, and was wearing a black balaclava and bomber-style puffa jacket and padded ski gloves.
The second was about 5ft 11in-6ft tall and of medium build.
The third robber was 5ft 8in tall, of medium build .
