Police, traders and council chiefs will try to gather more support for an anti-shoplifting scheme at a retail security meeting in Accrington next week.
The Hyndburn Association of Retail Traders (HART) scheme was recently hailed a success by traders, police and Hyndburn Council.
The initiative has resulted in 41 people being banned from the town centre in the past year.
More stores have been urged to sign up by Lancashire Police.
The retail security seminar will be held at the Saturn Suite, Globe Centre, St James' Square, on Thursday, November 4.
