HOTPOT and black pudding were on the menu when Galligreaves and District Community Association, Blackburn, held a Lancashire day.
Local artists, historians and pupils from St Luke's and St Philip's School displayed historical pictures and artefacts from the local area.
Local people popped in to Roebuck Close to find out more about days gone by and to sample the traditional Lancashire food.
Among the items on display was a bell made in the 1800s to ring in the New Year in Galligreaves. The bell was presented to Thomas Sager on his retirement from a local mill many years ago. It was taken along by Barbara Riding, a member of Blackburn Local History.
