POLICE hunting a sex attacker who indecently assaulted a 13-year-old girl in the grounds of a Hyndburn school hope a television appeal tonight will yield more clues.
Great Harwood detectives have passed details of the attack at Norden High School, Rishton, to Granada Tonight.
Details of the attack would be carried in the Crimefile section of the regional magazine programme at 6.10pm.
The attack took place at 7.15pm on Saturday, September 11, as the girl, from Oswaldtwistle, played behind the school buildings with two friends.
Police said the attacker was 5ft 5ins tall with a wedge-style haircut and earrings in his left ear.
The man, who was said to have droopy, saggy eyes, was clean-shaven and of medium to stocky build.
