DISABLED children at Millwood School can look forward to a concert, thanks to the late Yehudi Menuhin and Bury Council.
Live Music Now! (LMN) North West was set up by the famous violinist in 1977 to bring high quality music to those who, because of disability or disadvantage, rarely, if ever, have access to such music.
Thanks to funding from the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities, pianists Trio Vivo will be in concert at Millwood on December 1.
The director of LMN, Christine Reynolds, said: "AGMA has once again made it possible for our musicians to bring enormous pleasure to many people of all ages and in all circumstances. Music stirs up the emotions and brings lasting memories and benefits to everyone."
