TUESDAY night's FA Cup replay summed up the current state of Bury FC.

The organisation - or should I say lack of it - on the pitch is matched by the lack of organisation off it.

On a night when Bury scraped a victory at home against much lesser opposition the club, through what appeared to be a complete lack of planning, ensured that many fans missed the start of the match, even though the attendance was ridiculously low.

Those of us who have South Stand season tickets had, along with our children, to join a long junior members queue for the turnstiles when the turnstile next to it was for non-member adults (not surprisingly nobody was queuing there). We then had to leave our children alone in the ground and join another queue for adult members which was moving incredibly slowly.

The reason for the slow-moving queue was that the club - for reasons best known to them - were insisting on us producing two vouchers for our season ticket books. Why were there so few member turnstiles open? Who is responsible for the planning?

Many of us support the club home and away, spend our money, give up our time and really hope the club succeeds. The only thing it is succeeding in doing at the moment is turning people away! Things have got to improve.
