THE second Annual reunion for the HMS Collingwood Association will be held at the Norbreck Castle Hotel, Blackpool, from Tuesday to Friday, April 25 to 28.
The last reunion, on the south coast was a phenomenal success, with many old shipmates meeting for the first time in nearly 50 years. This next one will be even better - more members, bigger venue, more getting together.
If you were at HMS Collingwood, tell me when it was and, more than likely we will have members who were there with you, as we have some going back to when HMS Collingwood was only one week old in 1940.
I will send details of how to join, or you can send the £5 annual subscription now and you will receive a copy of the association's magazine, membership lists, and details of the forthcoming reunion.
MIKE CROWE, (Membership
Secretary, HMS Collingwood Association), 7 Heath Road, Lake Sandown, Isle of Wight. PO36 8PG.
