ST HELENS Hockey Club staged a dramatic fightback to earn victory at Didsbury on Saturday. Playing with only 10 men, they found themselves 3-0 down after only 10 minutes. But before half-time they had clawed their way back to 3-3. And in a scrappy, sometimes ill-tempered second period they grabbed the winner. Scorers were Mark Alcock (2), skipper Phil Travis and Chris Mitchell. Meanwhile, the women's team drew 1-1 at home to Hillwood.
