SIT thi deawn and put on your party hats, the Houghton Weavers are returning to town!
The Weavers are bringing their annual Christmas Show to The Marine Hall, Fleetwood on December 21.
The North's favourite folk and comedy band will be bringing their own unique brand of songs and humour for their 11th Yuletide visit to the town.
The family show will be full of fun and festive frolics as the boys visit Fleetwood for their last show of the millennium.
And the show will also include some special Christmas items and sketches together with a surprise "millennium bug".
The Weavers have just released a new album called On The Road and
they will be performing a selection of songs from the album in the Fleetwood show as well singing many popular old favourites.
The album will be available at all their Christmas shows together with an anniversary tee-shirt celebrating 25 years in show business.
Their special guest will again be Bernard Wrigley, the "Bolton Bullfrog", who had audiences rolling in the aisles last year.
Bernard is well known for his acting roles in many TV shows including Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Dinner Ladies.
Tickets for the show which are priced at £9 and £8 can be obtained by ringing the Marine Hall box office on (01253) 770547.
