FIFTY firefighters tackled a blaze at a fibreglass and cavity wall insulation factory on Friday night.
The blaze broke out at Owens Corning Building Products on Stafford Road just before 10pm and 10 engines were sent to deal with the fire which had spread across two large warehouses.
The fire crews used special extending ladders and hoses to reach the blaze. No-one was injured in the incident.
