HEALTHCARE group Smith & Nephew has announced a boardroom shake-up.
The firm, which employs 435 manufacturing bandages and surgical dressings at its Brierfield site, has announced that Dudley Eustace is to be the new chairman of the firm from January 1.
Mr Eustace was previously a vice-chairman of Philips Electronics. He succeeds John Robinson who announced earlier this year that he was retiring.
